About Sandra

Coaching that feels like a calm conversation.

I’m Sandra — a certified coach who believes the most powerful work happens in soft, unhurried spaces.

Sandra — certified coach and founder of Waves of Life Coaching.

For most of my life, I was the person friends came to when something heavy needed to be unpacked. I noticed how often people were searching for permission — to feel, to pause, to choose differently — and how rarely they gave it to themselves.

Waves of Life Coaching began as a quiet promise: to create a space where people can arrive as they are, without performance, and leave with a little more of themselves intact. My approach blends gentle inquiry with practical steps — because clarity without action stays in the head, and action without clarity rarely lasts.

I work with women, men, and couples navigating in-between seasons: career shifts, identity questions, relationships in transition, and the soft ache of “I’m grateful, but something is still missing.“ We move slowly — at the pace of the actual person in the room.

What I hold close

Three values that shape every session.

Warmth without rescue

You don’t need to be saved. You need a steady presence beside you while you find your own footing again.

Clarity, gently

We name the thing — softly, honestly — so you can stop carrying what isn’t yours to carry.

Rhythm over rush

Real change has tides. We make space for the in-breath and the out-breath of becoming.

Trained, certified, and human first.

Training & approach

Credentials that quietly hold the work.

I’m a certified Life & Wellness Coach with continued study in somatic awareness, trauma-informed practice, and Internal Family Systems. Sessions draw on coaching, gentle reflection, and small, doable experiments between calls.

I am not a therapist. If something deeper surfaces, I’ll always honour your wellbeing and, when right, refer with care.

A few quiet things

Outside the coaching room.

I live by the coast, walk most mornings before the light is up, and believe deeply in long, slow cups of tea.

Slow mornings

My day starts long before the laptop opens. A walk, water, a notebook — non-negotiable.

Ocean adjacent

The sea reminds me that pause is part of progress. Waves never apologise for retreating.

Always learning

Currently deep in books on attachment, somatic work, and how language shapes self-trust.

If something here resonates,

Let’s start with a quiet conversation. No pressure to commit — just thirty minutes to see if this is the right space for what you’re carrying.
